1. Integrated product design

With integrated product design, there is no need for additional reserved electrical interface and installation space so as that saved greatly the cost of supporting projects. Easy to install, and could directly replace existing faucets of manual switch.

 

2. Entirely sealed structural design

The Solenoid valve, sensor circuit module and battery as well as the whole shell of the product have been sealed so as to ensure all components could run reliably and stably.

 

3. Improved design to prevent blockage

Optimized design for filter: through enlarging its space to admit impurities, its capacity to prevent blockage has been promoted a lot; equipped with needle-like self-cleaning structure at the watering hole of Solenoid valve so as to prevent it being blocked.

 

4. Free of changing battery during the life cycle

Powering with lithium battery with capacity reach to 3,000mah, and durability could be 10 years long; within the Solenoid valve life cycle (6,000 times/month, about 5 years), there is no need to change battery.

The known electrifying-time of Solenoid valve for one time is 15ms, while, in order to advance reliability, the rated electrifying-time is set as 20ms;

Electrifying current is 380 ma

Milliseconds converse to hours:

20ms/1,000=0.02 seconds, 0.02seconds/3,600=0.0000056 hours;

Power consumption for one time:

380 ma *2*0.0000056 hours=0.00422 mah

6,000 times/month, then, the life cycle for 5 years is 360,000 times, its needed power consumption is 0.00422*360,000=1,519mah;

The known working current of static state for circuit module is 0.015 ma

The set usage time is 5 years cycle life. The power consumption of circuit module for 5 years is 0.015 ma*24hours*365days*5years=657mah;

The total power consumption of faucet with life cycle is 1,519+657=2,176 mah;

Because the battery and Solenoid valve have their own differences, then, we add 20% reliable parameter during practical usage that is set 80% of battery capacity as real life cycle, 3,000*0.80=2,400 mah;

2,400mah>2,176mah

Conclusion: the lithium battery with capacity of 3,000mah can meet the power demands for driving of sensor faucet within its life cycle (6,000times/ month, about 5 years), and could be free of changing battery during its life cycle.

 

5. Sensor modules

Micro design, by making use of imported chips and electronic devices that saved power greatly; improved Encapsulating structure of sensor window ensures reliable running.

 

6. Remote control device

Use remote control to adjust those parameters directly as sensor distance, flushing time, etc; the whole process is very convenient.

 

7. Equipped with flow control device

Equipped with flow control device so that product could supply appropriate flow under various conditions of water pressure, the effect is very evident.

 

8. Small cubage

Optimized structure design, all inside components are fully making use of the inner space of the shell; with small cubage that quite different with traditional products which were mostly very big and heavy ones.  

 

9. Fine surface finishing

The whole part is an integrated shell without combined slits on its surface; after being fine polished, the surface was provided with all kinds of plating procedures.
